Refunds and Guarantee

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or business shifts after purchase. Because this is a custom, done-for-you service, your time slot is reserved exclusively for you, and work begins shortly after onboarding.

Due to the nature of digital products, there are no refunds on courses, webinars, trainings, or PDFs.

Guarantee Policy

If your email flows aren’t fully built and live within 14 business days after your onboarding call, we’ll refund 100% of your payment—and you still get to keep everything that was created.

Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 72 business hours of confirmation.

To stay eligible for the guarantee, you must:

  • Submit your completed onboarding questionnaire before your call
  • Attend your scheduled onboarding call
  • All edit requests MUST go through Basecamp—not email, phone, or video conference
  • Request and approve requests within 24 business hours of receiving communication
  • Reply to all communication, feedback, and asset requests within 24 business hours

Missed deadlines on your part will void the guarantee and extend the final delivery timeline.
