Revision Policy

Revisions

To keep your project moving forward and stress-free, I’ve created a simple and effective revision process.

After our onboarding call, we’ll decide together on a creative direction. Revisions are designed to refine that direction—not to start over. If a major pivot is needed, we can chat about next steps and whether a new scope is required.

Here’s what’s included:

  • One round of copy edits per email
  • Once you receive your drafts, you’ll have the opportunity to request refinements that align with the original direction we discussed.
  • One round of design edits per email
  • These edits are for layout, style, or minor visual adjustments—not complete redesigns or template swaps.
  • All feedback must be submitted within 24 business hours
  • To keep the timeline on track, please share your requested edits within 24 business hours of receiving your files. If no feedback is submitted within 72 business hours, we’ll consider the version approved and move forward with the next phase.
  • No response within 72 business hours counts as approval.
  • If I don’t hear from you within three business days after sending files or asking for feedback, I’ll move forward as if everything is approved.
  • All communication takes place in Basecamp
  • That’s where everything is tracked, delivered, and approved. This helps both of us stay organized and avoid anything slipping through the cracks.

Need a second round of revisions or want to explore a different direction? No problem—just reach out, and I’ll provide a quote for additional work outside the original scope.
